Terms of Service

I. GENERAL DISCLAIMERS

♡ I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a commission at any time.♡ Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.♡ I, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. Meaning; I can use the artwork to promote, post, etc...
♡ I will not give you the final product without the watermark unless you have approved it.

II. PAYMENT

♡ Payment is due in full upfront for anything under $45♡ A rush fee will be charged for tight deadlines.♡ A design fee will be charged for clients with no reference images that want me to draw solely from a description.♡ Additional fees will be charged for excessive or major revisions♡The exact prices for the fees described above will be dependent on the complexity of the commission.♡ If you do not want your commission posted there will be a $10 fee

III. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS

♡ Respond in a timely fashion♡ Carefully read through ToS and commision info
♡ Assume responsibility for any important information and clear descriptions/references you fail to provide me that results in my inability to complete your commission to your full satisification
♡ Maintain proffesional conduct throughout the commission process
♡ mood boards are accepted

IV. COPYRIGHT & USAGE POLICY

♡ I, the artist, retain the rights over commissioned work.♡ I reserve the right to post the commissioned work on my social media.
♡ I reserve the right to stream, record, and uploud videos of the creation of the work.
♡ Any characters portrayed in the commissioned work remain copyrighted to their rightful owners.
♡ For commercial use, you must pay a fee depending on the use. for streaming, social media posts, and similar uses their is no fee, however you must pay a fee to use the work on merchandise or any kind of sales including the commissioned work.
♡ credit is required when using the work in any form commerciallyYou may edit or use the commissioned work in the following ways
♡ print the work for personal use
♡ crop and/or resize the image for use as an avatar, header, video thumbnail, schedule image, etc.
♡ Post the artwork on social media, with credit clearly visible.You may not use/edit the commisioned work in the following ways
♡ Claim artwork as your own.
♡ Paint over or otherwise alter the artwork in ways not covered under the allowed uses above.
♡ color in my sketches or lineart without permision.
♡ Use the commissioned piece in any technology related to NFTS, cryptocurrency, or AI.

V. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

♡ Once the final product is approved, a refund is not permitted♡ You may cancel the commission at any time, after which I will issue a refund equivalent to the amount of work not done.
♡ I reserve the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
♡ You may not file a chargeback or get a refund after approving the final product.
